okb8 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "okb8", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the okb8 online gaming platform accessible at okb8.cam, operating under PAGCOR's regulatory framework in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the okb8 website, mobile browser interface, all associated games, payment tools, promotional features, and customer support services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the okb8 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the okb8 Platform, linked to your Philippine mobile number and used to access all Platform services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User into their okb8 wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP) for the purpose of placing wagers on the Platform.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded to a User's account subject to specific wagering requirements, which are not withdrawable until applicable conditions are fulfilled.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that oversees licensed online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, including all referenced policies, game-specific rules, and promotional terms published on the Platform.

By accessing the okb8 Platform, creating an Account, or making any deposit or wager through the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the okb8 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting okb8 customer support.

okb8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Access to the okb8 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines;
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful and permitted;
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, court order, or self-exclusion agreement;
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You have not previously had an okb8 Account closed or terminated for violations of these Terms.

okb8 employs age and identity verification procedures consistent with its obligations under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines, as amended. You consent to these verification processes as a condition of accessing the Platform.

To access real-money gaming features on the okb8 Platform, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to your Account:

• One Account per person. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the okb8 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any additional information requested during the verification process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okb8 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. okb8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of breach. You must immediately notify okb8 customer support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or if your registered mobile number has been compromised.

okb8 reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the okb8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted methods. okb8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph. Available methods may be updated from time to time.
• Minimum deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum deposit amounts for specific promotions may differ and are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed okb8's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawal requests for Real Money Balances will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where possible.
• Processing times. okb8 processes GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within minutes for amounts below ₱50,000 under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on Philippine business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within approximately 30 minutes. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance.
• No fees by okb8. okb8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made through GCash or Maya. Third-party charges imposed by your payment provider are outside okb8's control.
• Anti-money laundering. In compliance with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act, okb8 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

okb8 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements. Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be converted into withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Validity period. All bonuses have a defined expiry date. Any bonus credits and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry time will be forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus per promotion. Each promotional offer is available once per eligible User unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Game contribution rates. Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution rates, which are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• okb8 discretion. okb8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Abuse of promotional offers — including, but not limited to, coordinated bonus exploitation, use of multiple Accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to satisfy bonus conditions without genuine gaming intent — may result in the cancellation of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

All games available on the okb8 Platform operate in accordance with the following standards:

• RNG certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on okb8 use certified RNG systems from independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random and not influenced by previous results or by the Platform.
• Live dealer standards. Live casino games at okb8 use real human dealers, physical cards, dice, and roulette wheels. Dealing procedures follow established casino standards and are supervised by okb8's live gaming providers.
• Published RTP. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. These are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Technical malfunctions. In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting game outcome, affected wagers will be voided and Real Money Balances refunded. okb8's determination of what constitutes a malfunction is final.
• Disputed results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise the dispute with okb8 customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game session. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okb8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction;
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party information;
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted decision tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the Platform;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to influence game outcomes in any manner;
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of result manipulation in live dealer games or sports betting markets on okb8;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under Philippine law;
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the technical integrity of the okb8 Platform or its underlying software.

All content on the okb8 Platform — including but not limited to the okb8 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and all other visual and audio elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of okb8 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okb8 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform;
• Use the okb8 name, logo, or brand marks in any manner without prior written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on any element of the okb8 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of okb8's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okb8 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the okb8 Platform;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications disruptions, or circumstances beyond okb8's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okb8's liability in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

okb8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its Platform. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit limits. Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the change takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders. Users may configure alerts that notify them of their active session duration at defined intervals. These reminders cannot be dismissed without the User actively acknowledging the notification.
• Self-exclusion. Users who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through okb8 customer support. Self-exclusion periods are enforced immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion window. okb8 offers self-exclusion periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion.
• Reality checks. Periodic prompts may be configured to display current session duration and net gaming result, helping Users maintain awareness of their gaming activity.

If gambling is negatively affecting your financial situation, mental health, or personal relationships, please use the self-exclusion tools available in your okb8 Account or contact okb8 customer support for immediate assistance. PAGCOR also operates responsible gaming programs and player protection initiatives available to all Philippine residents.

okb8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the specified period;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, collusion, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment provider.

Where okb8 closes an Account due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the Account closure results from a regulatory or legal requirement, applicable statutory procedures will govern the handling of any remaining balance.

You may request closure of your okb8 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, your Real Money Balance (net of any pending bonus or wagering requirement obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, subject to any applicable arbitration or regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms provided under PAGCOR's licensing framework.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

okb8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a User, okb8 will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice through the Platform interface or via the contact details registered to your Account.

Your continued access to or use of the okb8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact okb8 customer support to close your Account.
